The HG 1303 Rm Robotic Bending System is designed specifically for processing large parts-which typically require two operators to safely handle or are difficult to manage by a single operator.  This automated bending system provides consistent, high-quality parts and process reliability while eliminating time-intensive, manual handling of large parts.  Highly-complex parts and small lot sizes can also be processed efficiently and accurately by the HG Rm.  This model has a 143-ton capacity servo/hydraulic drive system and features the AMNC 3i Control with vertical 18.5″ multi-touch display.  The 7-axis robot performs consistent unmanned bending operations and the 2×2 gripper station allows robot to automatically change hands between jobs.
