Amada Astro Bending Cell

The Amada Astro is a high precision robotic bending system.  The Amada Astro 100 provides the solution to many common brake department problems. Problems associated with bending bottlenecks, lengthy and complex setup, and skilled brake operator shortages are alleviated with the Astro’s robotic bending system and software-driven technology.
Capable of fully automated operations, the Astro handles a broad range of sophisticated bending applications, including complex, multiple bend sequences and tapered bends.   This specific machine is the Astro II 100NT bending cell with the 110-Ton Amada HDS-1030 press brake.
