Specifications QCW 150 W Laser and Optics

QCW 150 Watt rack mount fiber laser and focus head including the following:

  • 150 Watt average power in pulsed or CW mode, 1.5 kW peak power, Visible guide beam, 15 J max pulse energy, Air Cooled, 100 -240 V single phase, 75 A
  • One 50 um feed fiber x 10 meters long (permanently attached to laser)
  • One beam coupler with 400 um process fiber x 10 meters long 
  • One FX100/145 focusing assembly (99-030-01), 50 mm diameter fused silica optics with 100 mm collimating and 145 mm output focal lenses

Interface with 150 W QCW Laser includes the following:

  • Laser module and controller mounted in the workstation base
  • Includes a resistive touchscreen HMI for laser control
  • HMI will include LCD touchscreen display, key switch, ready indicator, laser alarm indicator, schedule recall, and emission indicator
