Atlas Copco Nitrogen Generator System

Easy to install, ready-to-use. Atlas Copco NGP nitrogen generators deliver a high capacity nitrogen flow at the purity you need. Suitable for a wide range of applications.  Nitrogen is used in a wide variety of manufacturing processes. Purposes of this gas range from inerting and purging to flushing and sterilizing to product transfer and packaging. Given these many uses, many facilities choose to produce gas in-house. The air we breathe is about 78% nitrogen. Higher purity nitrogen is generated by separating nitrogen from other molecules within a clean, dry compressed air stream. This results in a purified supply of nitrogen.  Manufacturers requiring a reliable source of high-purity nitrogen can benefit from generating their gas in-house. This usually reduces costs while allowing for quality control and higher efficiency. Generating nitrogen in-house enhances production flexibility. It allows for on-demand nitrogen supply at the level of purity needed.
